Regeneration Mode

Regeneration mode is a function of improving the performance and the electromotive force of used batteries.  By selecting battery type, voltage, and capacity of a battery respectively, charging and regeneration would be occurred at the same time and it is a function of regenerating electromotive force by increasing equalization and specific gravity of Cells.  Basically, it is set to 15 hours and the setting time can be changed according to the voltage and the capacity.

 

Charge Mode

Charging mode is a function of saving chemical energy by putting electronic energy to a discharged battery which doesn't need regeneration.  Like a regeneration mode, this mode also charges a battery by selecting a battery type, voltage and capacity of a battery respectively.  Basically, it is set to 10 hours and the setting time can be changed according to voltage and capacity.

MD-300T is not an analyzer, but a battery condition identifier for DC 12V batteries.   At ¡®CONDITION TEST¡¯ mode, it can identify the battery conditions within a few minutes. You can see it as Cell-cut, Cell-short or Corrosion on the screen with a beep sound.   If the battery is identified as a good battery to be regenerated, then you can see "OK. Test Finished" on the screen with a beep sound  as well.   It is suggested to rely on your historical data of past identifications in order to decide whether a battery has Corrosion or not.   Sometimes it could take longer time to detect Corrosion.   Once you have Corrosion results, you should give up the restoration as its life-span has almost ended.
